How Bespoq Earns Money From Recommendations

Bespoq (bespoq.ai) participates in affiliate marketing programs with clothing brands and retailers. This page explains what that means for you in plain language.

What Is an Affiliate Relationship?

When our AI recommends a product and you click through to a retailer's website to make a purchase, Bespoq may earn a commission on that sale. The commission is paid to us by the retailer. It does not cost you anything extra. You pay the same price you would pay if you had gone directly to the retailer's website.

How This Affects What You See

Our AI generates recommendations based on your Style Blueprint -- your style preferences, body measurements, lifestyle, and browsing behavior. The goal is to show you items that genuinely match what you are looking for.

However, we want to be transparent: Bespoq has financial relationships with the brands and retailers whose products appear on the Platform. While our AI prioritizes relevance to your personal style, the availability of affiliate partnerships may influence which products are surfaced. A product from a retail partner with an affiliate program may appear alongside or instead of a similar product from a retailer without one, when both are equally relevant to your profile.

We will never recommend a product solely because it generates a commission. Relevance to your Style Blueprint is always the primary factor in our recommendations.

Which Products Are Affiliate Links?

Product recommendations on the Platform that link to external retailer websites are affiliate links. When you see a product recommendation with a "Shop" or "Buy" button that takes you to a third-party retailer, you should assume that Bespoq may earn a commission if you make a purchase.

Your Purchases Are With the Retailer, Not Bespoq

When you click an affiliate link and buy something, you are purchasing from the third-party retailer, not from Bespoq. The retailer is responsible for the product, pricing, shipping, returns, and customer service for that purchase. Bespoq is not a party to that transaction.

Why We Disclose This

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires that we clearly disclose our financial relationships with the brands and retailers we recommend. This disclosure is made in accordance with the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255). We believe in transparency and want you to make informed decisions about the products you purchase through our Platform.
